Glenridge medical center

Absolutely terrible and horrific facility!!! Staff was not helpful at all. No one knows what is going on. If you ask one of the nurses for help, they either say they can't help you or that it's some other departments job. Zero communication between the health care providers and the patients and patient's family. They do not call to give any updates to family. There is no cohesion between the front desk workers, nursing staff, and providers. I will never in my life go back to this facility for any kind of medical treatment.

Nice interior building, layout and design! Money well spent on an architect and interior designer most definitely. It was a little too cold inside in the main waiting room downstairs. Other than that everything was very clean, everyone practiced social distancing and wearing their face mask which always makes me feel better about going out to places this day and age. You can never be too safe! Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughtful review while waiting for my close friend to finish their nonelective breast enlargement surgery. I was at Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center at around 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM but the doctors get me check at around 11:00 or something but didn’t get done until 12:00 but it was a very long time wait to get me check up but so I decided to do something just because waiting for a long time was very difficult to wait

The parking situation is taking advantage of the patrons and patients that need services at that center. The handicap parking has been taken over by valet service which charges 8 dollars when the parking lot is full which is not unusual and is not a service that is conducive to the tenants customer satisfaction. I would suggest making all parking in front of the building handicap spaces as the valet service does not need the space as they have the adjoining lot to utilize. You need to understand that I heard numerous complaints from visitors to the building and is so bad that the doctors office prints out the phone numbers of the building management to provide to their patients. I If had to visit this site often I would find a new doctor due to the inconvenience of the lack of handicap

I had a very bad experience after my surgery, I was told that I had been given pain meds after my surgery(while still asleep from anesthetic) and I was in a lot pain. I also had to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn't have anything for pain which they previously said i could, and then they wheeled me outside and wouldn't let me use the bathroom or anything, come to find out they gave me the bare minimum of pain meds while I was still out 2 hours previous to waking up, and didn't care about me. I have nothing but a bad experience.
