I give 3 stars only because of nice receptionists. I walked in with a very bad flu, 103 temperature, and severe headache and waited almost 2 hours! Then the doctor (idk his name. An Asian guy) said just keep taking Tylenol. He didn’t even want to check if it’s a Covid or not. I asked him to take Covid test. I know I should take Tylenol when I have fever. I said it doesn’t work then he said take 2!!! He didn’t prescribe any Flu medicine. The whole check up took only 3 minutes after waiting for 2 hours.

From the moment you walk into this office, the manager , and Dr.Lidia both makes you feel valued. Dr. Lidia listens without interrupting, explains treatment options clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best care. Its rare to find a physician with this level of empathy and dedication. I am extremely thankful for all of them.

I Worst urgent care experience of my life 30 days ago, I went to this urgent care with ear pain. The doctor briefly looked at my ear and said it was a simple infection, prescribed ear drops, and told me I could shower normally and that there was no concern at all. I was instructed to use the drops for 14 days. I followed the instructions exactly. After about 15 days, my condition became significantly worse. My ear became completely blocked, extremely painful, and I started bleeding. When I went back, I was told that my eardrum was perforated. Then, another doctor (named Marziye) prescribed a triamcinolone cream and explicitly told me to apply it inside my ear canal. This is a topical steroid cream that should NOT be used inside the ear, especially when there is ear canal pain or a possible

don’t know the name of the doctor who took images of my lungs; I only know that he was of Mexican origin (a man) and very kind. I would also like to thank the young woman who registered my information — she had curly hair and seemed to be American; she organized the examination very quickly. And of course, the doctor who is my compatriot, Dr. A. Petrosyan.

I would like to say my thanks to very polite and smart doctor, Lidia Zargaryan, who works here. She's a really doctor caring about patients unlike other doctors in the U.S. who only think about making money.
