I am thrilled to hear this place is closed. During COVID my mom was sent there from AHRO. When we were finally able to bring her home on hospice she had terrible bedsores and was bed bound because they never even tried to get her out of bed. They just let her rot in there. Terrible place that should never be allowed to operate again.

"Doctor" Jeffery Phillips is an absolute disgrace to the field of Neurology. I went in last month for an appointment and to say it was a disaster is a complete understatement. I've been suffering from Epileptic seizures since March of 2012. I had brought my fiancee along because I had been hoping to have a conversation about the possibility of having a Vagus Nerve Stimulator implant to combat my seizures (I've been on 6 or 7 different medications since 2012, including rescue medications). When I brought this up to him, not only did he shot the idea down with incredible finality, but also said the reason why is because "I don't think you have real seizures. I went to the ER after dealing with a severe, itchy rash on my arms for five days. When the doctor walked in, instead of a proper exam, he just grabbed my arm and said, “Your arm feels warm.” Considering it was 100 degrees outside, that comment didn’t really help. Then he told me he didn’t see anything wrong with my arms — even though the rash was clearly visible to me. This dismissive and unprofessional behavior is exactly why I question the quality of care here. I’d rather make the longer drive to Chico for emergency care than be treated like this again.

My one year old was recently seen in the ER and the nursing staff and the radiology girls Jessica and Justine were amazing with him! Everyone was extremely supportive and nice. When they realized they could not help us there they immediately got us a transfer order to get air flighted, they kept my 1 year old comfortable until we went on to the next hospital! Thank you for the quick action!

The neurologist, Dr Phillips is too old to be practicing medicine imho. He was unable to hear me, angry that the staff had not provided “his chair” in the room with me, when I offered him the doctors chair in the exam room he literally huffed at me like a preschooler & said it wasn’t his chair! He could hardly walk, had serious trouble standing and made me nervous as he teetered holding table during my brief appointment. He asked me about my headaches, then cut me off, made assumptions based on my current medications & did not let me finish a sentence?!? He then said I did not have migraines, I had a neck issue causing my headaches that likely would not be fixed by surgery (grand wizard insisted I had a 25% success chance without seeing my MRI or ever examining me- he did not let go of the
