Glenn Buyo

Dr buyo is wonderful. Unfortunately thats where the good ends. The follow up from his staff is non existent. Had an annual physical 2 weeks ago. Nevwe received a call with my results of my bloodwork. My wife called to ask about hers and they gave her info verbally about me when she asked them to call me. So I called myself and asked questions. Was told dr buyo would be calling me back and nothing for 10 days now. Now today they call my wife with her results and when she asks for specific numbers is told "those have to be mailed to you". The service is just horrible.

I agree with the people who don't believe any reviews under 5 stars for Doctor Glenn Buyo. He has been tremendous in turning my health around. He really is very focused on my continuing good health. My opinion is very high, and Dr. Buyo has been my doctor for years. I can assure you that Doctor Buyo is serious about your health and will tell you what you need to do to be better and feel better.

Super disappointed. I've been an established patient with Dana/Dr. Buyo for a few years now. My last appt with her was just a few months ago. This past week, I had an appt with my cardiologist who called to tell me on the day of my appt that they couldn't get a referral from Dana's office because I was no longer a patient. It turns out, when Claremedica took over, they dropped my insurance and closed out my file. No call. No notice. No assistance. Nothing. I had to find out from another doctors office that my primary care physician dropped me. And there was zero compassion from staff or physicians when I called. Just wow.

Dr. Buyo is great, but his staff is NOT! No one with the bad attitudes at that office should be dealing with the public or in healthcare. Getting accurate information has been a NIGHTMARE. We will be changing doctors because of their lack of competency!

I needed to get cleared for surgery and had 40 minutes to have Dr. Buyo sign off and have my clearance faxed to the surgeon. I had just met Dr. Buyo and he along with his entire office staff rushed and got the clearance with 2 minutes to spare. I owe them all my life
