The only reason for two stars is the nurses.. they hold this hospital up on thier shoulders. For real, they are awesome. The billing department is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.... J.O.K.E and, it isn’t a funny joke either. Sending bills to collections without sending a bill to the patient? Yep, they do it. Overcharge and double bill? Yep, they do it. Cancel autopayment and then call you asking why you haven't paid? Yep. They always try to deny it but, it all happens. GMC COULD be a great hospital but... I will go elsewhere because of their notoriously atrocious billing department. Im honestly surprised how there has not been a class action lawsuit against GMC, I am sure one will be on the way, very soon.

Our experience with the receptionist at this therapy center has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I have been bringing my 9-year-old son, who has Down syndrome, for OT, PT, and speech therapy since September. While the therapists themselves have been helpful, the front desk experience has consistently been the worst we’ve encountered anywhere. The receptionist is rude, inflexible, and completely lacking in communication. Recently, after my son had surgery, we tried to schedule a PT appointment. Even though we are existing patients, we had to wait three weeks because the schedule was full. On the day of the appointment, she made a loud and public scene demanding paperwork that I had already submitted, as if I hadn’t done my part. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Th

The ER staff act unprofessional, say bad things about patients behind their back, loud enough to where I could hear it in my room there. They don't seem to take mental health concerns seriously. The actual Behavioral Health department is different and most of the staff there are courteous and professional, but that's after you go through the ER and what they put you through. It's not limited to psychiatric as I could hear them saying bad things about multiple patients there for different reasons. Not all of the staff are this way, it seems worst when nurse practitioner April is the provider, she seems to initiate much of it.

The staff at GMC was amazing when my family needed them the most. They took excellent care of my grandma while she was there. They made sure we had what we needed and what she needed every step of the way. Nurses went out of their way to accommodate us.

The ER staff provided excellent customer care during my visit today going above and beyond to help work out logistics. Amy at reception and nurse Rachel were both top notch and extremely helpful. Glendive, you’re in good hands!! All the best, Tim (a visitor from Helena)
