Glendale Pediatrics

We love Glendale Peds. ALL the doctors there are amazing, supportive and have helped us through newborn stage to now our young kids. We’ve been going there since our first was born 8 years. Dr Henry and Dr Burch are wonderful, take time to listen and are great with the kids. Their after hours line has given us piece of mind when we need to talk to a doctor. Yes, their admin fees for paperwork has increased but it’s understandable with how many patients they have and the time it takes. Unfortunately it’s part of being a part of this network of doctors. They do have an annual fee that would waive the paperwork fee if you need a lot of it.

Love Dr. Henry, however the office practice is not the best! $50 for a paper from office confirming vaccinations done for school. Crazy! Having to drive out to the office for minor concerns, that could be examined via picture/ video, how inconvenient for us, and convenient for them.

Everyone at Glendale Pediatrics is fantastic and so easy to work with. We regularly see Dr Saavedra and Dr Meyer and have seen almost every other doctor in the practice for miscellaneous visits and they are all incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in their care. Nobody in the practice recommends unnecessary tests or visits but they all also listen to your concerns with genuine kindness and empathy and will ensure you have appropriate follow up for any issues. The MAs are so kind and have excellent bedside manner also. The front desk staff is always cheerful and efficient. Even their billing department is easy to connect with and work with when we had an insurance miscommunication. The doctors have been good, however a huge warning that if you need them to, for instance, sign a form for a school to say that a medication belongs to a child, they charge $50 per signature. Fifty dollars. Outrageous nickel and diming of children's health. Truly shameful.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided to my son by Glendale Pediatrics. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The pediatricians are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. They really go above and beyond to ensure my son's health and well-being, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.
