Stay away don’t go there. They are very unprofessional very rude. Very disrespectful. I had a terrible experience every time I call every time. I’m calling them. They’re asking me. What is your Membership? Very rude and very unprofessional. Don’t go there.

These people are the worst. They are only concerned with money. I made three visits with no service and a scheduled appointment to come back and make a financial obligation even though 95% of the service is already covered. I found a new dentist and I'm not going back.

Took 1 hour after my scheduled appointment to get seated (and with no explanation or warning that they were running late which was extremely unprofessional). This was followed by the worst cleaning I’ve ever had— it felt rushed and was painful (for reference, I have healthy teeth and no cavities). I switched dentists immediately after this experience and have been much better off.

The dentist was some 85 year old looking man and he refused to do a cleaning because I’m pregnant and can’t do x rays. He basically made me feel like he’s not gonna work if he’s not getting paid for the x rays. He did not even look at my teeth I had to wake up at 6 am to be here and they made me wait an hour for nothing. I called my insurance and they filed a complaint and set me up with another office less than a mile away that will do a basic cleaning next week.

The staff at this facility are absolutely rude, tardy, and don't value helping their customers. I had to convince them to give me a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed and now they have completely ghosted me and wont return any calls. Something sketchy is going on at this place and I don't trust it.
