Glen Ridge Health Campus

Several members of our family have received care at Glen Ridge, including three of my aunts, and each experience has been a positive one. Most recently, my mother stayed there for rehabilitation, and we were once again very impressed. While she was there, she was able to participate in several fun activities, which really helped keep her spirits up and made her stay more enjoyable. The rehabilitation staff was encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping her regain strength and confidence. The nursing team was equally outstanding—kind, patient, and attentive, always making sure she felt acknowledged even during busy times. One thing that made an enormous difference for our family was the help Glen Ridge provided with scheduling and transporting her to doctor appointments out

I was a resident at Glen Ridge for over 2 weeks after hip surgery. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every way. The therapists were great and helped me learn how to walk/move again. You can tell and sense when people care and the staff at Glen Ridge do!! The discharge planning from Kelly was phenomenal. She helped explain many aspects of insurance and ways to help!

My 90-year-old mother-in-law was a patient at the Glen Ridge facility following a serious fall and stayed for rehabilitation. The nursing staff was wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always there for her, and even when they were tending to another patient, they made sure to let her know they would be right with her, which gave her peace of mind. They also took the time to sit with her and talk when all she needed was a little company. Her rehab at Glen Ridge greatly improved her both mentally and physically and their compassion made a difficult time much easier for our family. We thank them so much for everything they did for her, and if we ever need care like this again, we will call Glen Ridge.

I agree with all of the commenters saying that staff don't respond when called for help. When I visited my Aunt for the first time, she was sitting in a puddle of urine soaking into the carpet. The next day, she told me they were even leaving her after helping her to the toilet. She would pull the emergency cord, but no one would come to help her. I also heard multiple people calling out for help from their rooms. Discharge was also a nightmare, and my Aunt has been without her medications for several days because they failed to call them all in. They initially even gave us discharge paperwork for the wrong patient! I waited hours to get even some of the right paperwork after that. They tried to push her out right away; but I did not want her to go the weekend without her medication

The staff at Glen ridge health campus was very caring for my grandmother during her stay there and was so compassionate and caring. You can tell that everyone there really cares for what they do. Oh and the food was impeccable! Thank you all!
