Giving it a 1 is a stretch but here goes - first off, plan on waiting a minimum of half an hour in the waiting room before you're called. Second, my doc didn't really give the feeling like she actually cared. Third, I had to return a different day to have blood drawn for blood tests - AND THE CHICK DOING IT DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING! She tried taking blood from the right arm (which was extremely painful just with the tourniquet and even more painful with her poking the needle around trying to get blood). She could not get any blood from the right arm (I know - how incompetent can you be?) so she had to try the left arm. She managed to get blood from that arm but in the process, she pushed the needle in farther and caused enough pain to make me involuntarily jerk my arm back. All the

I really like Dr.Masoud, today was my first time seeing him and absolutely enjoyed my visit. He is very caring person and not only listens to you but he hears you! I look forward to him being my permanent doctor. Thank you Dr.Masoud:)
