Glen Carbon Family Dentistry

Had an amazing visit! My hygienist was good, the Dentist was good and the front office! This was my first time and I’m happy about my choice! I honestly don’t think I’ve met a more friendly Dentist! I called my Husband and said leave your dentist now! 😆

Kelsey was great and very personable! I love all the scans and hands on knowledge of what is going on with my teeth and how to proceed. The Dr was great, and the front desk was a smooth process.

The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Everything went like clockwork for the time I entered the facility until the time I left. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I enjoyed the experience.

After needing a new dentist for a few years I gave Glen Carbon Family Dentistry a try. I am extremely happy with my choice. Received great dental care and was impressed by the friendliness of everyone there. I look forward to my next visit!

This place has the absolute worst customer service of any health-related business I’ve ever been to. Since my initial visit I have phoned twice and texted four times, and have yet to get a response. They will reply to this review like they have the many other reviews by people that have experienced the same thing I have; they will say due to privacy concerns they can’t comment on my specific situation. That’s a cop out - talking about how you treat your customers is not a privacy issue. I liked the dentist and would have liked to continue going to her, but her support staff clearly do not value her clients. Very rude and unprofessional office staff.
