I started seeing Dr. Gladden when he first started and I found my forever Dentist. I love his office staff, very caring and professional. He is very compassionate and committed to making you feel very comfortable. My whole family sees him. You are never waiting long.They let you know all of your cost up front. I am a hard person to please, But he is awesome. They let you know at least a week before, by email, text and phone call about your upcoming appointment. Bad reviews should not be here. I originally went to Dr. Gladden’s office for a second opinion, and it ended up being such a great decision! After a year of getting no answers from my old dentist, Dr. Gladden quickly figured out what was going on with my tooth. He’s very professional, honest, and only recommends treatment if you truly need it… No unnecessary procedures or upselling. Extremely honest and professional! 10/10 recommend. After having a bad experience with a corporate facility trying to scam me, Dr. Gladden gave me a much more accurate review of my dental situation, and his hygienist was extremely gentle with the gum probing test & teeth cleaning.
