Sara M is literally the hands down best customer service I have ever had. She is always so kind everytime myself or children have to come in there. Always has a smile, never makes me feel uncomfortable (like other have) I enjoy going in to the dr office, strictly because I get to see Sara. Its nice to have that light of happiness when your usually there because you aren't feeling well. Thanks for all you do Sara M!!

Switched over to them and I am so happy I did. First appointment she ran a whole bunch of tests and really showed they care about my wellbeing. Give them a try they are amazing!!

After a lot of research and thought, I made the mistake of thinking Glacier Med in CFalls would be an upgrade from Logan. I honestly didn’t think it could be worse than Logan but I was very very wrong. After a complete disregard for leaving me waiting an hour, Heather Thomas Clark dismissed me and treated me like a waste of her time. The reality is I wasted hours of my time for dismal service and lack of follow through. It’s pathetic what ‘health care’ has come to in this valley. I won’t ever go back

I took my 5 year old in to ask about behaviors that have led to dangers on her life, such as loosing consciousness and ripping her own hair out. Doctor's suggestions were her behavior stems from a non nucleor family and well established same sex relations in her family. Her solution to anxiety attacks that lead to the behaviors stated above was to physically lock her in a dark room. Very not ok advice and discrimination from a health professional who we hoped would help us keep a small child safe.
