I must say I did not have the same experience as many others writing reviews. When I called this group it was the office manager who answered and she was immensely helpful after receiving really terrible service at all other places I called. I knew I had a fractured ankle and they were able to get me in the next day, not weeks down the road. She even went as far as offering advice on my insurance situation and calling the urgent care I previously went to for x-rays to have them sent over. I met with Dr. Collins and felt like I got honest advice. Some doctors will take you to surgery even if you don't need it and I really appreciate when a doctor gives you an honest, hopeful answer about your situation.

Dr Michael Kimball was absolutely amazing!! Dealing with an agonizing torn meniscus for over a year. I was positive I would be forced to live in pain for the rest of my life. Dr. Kimball gave me a renewal on life!! Landscape construction is very labor intensive and heavy work and it’s my passion that I’ve enjoyed for over 34 years. I’m not ready to give it up for any reason. Dr. Michael Kimball, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’re an amazing Doctor and professionalism is impeccable!! Thank you so much!!! Called Friday more than 10x. I left a message that says they will call you before the end of the day. Also Sent an email. Never received any response from any of it. Called the following Monday left a message. Called 5x total no response. Worst customer service. Find another office. Maybe one that has a receptionist that answers.

8 years ago I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis and herniated disk C5 C6. In May 2020 I was referred to doctor Bahgeri, Xrays where taken and it revealed that my cervical spine was being compressed and I was faced with losing some of my mobility or even paralysis. From the moment I walked into Dr. Bahgeri's office, he made me feel comfortable, taking the time to explain my condition and options, he listened to me and answered all my questions. I had 2 disk replacements and a plate put in Sept 9 2020, I've been pain free since 6 days after surgery. I can honestly admit that I was terrified of surgery, but I'm glad I had Dr. Bahgeri as my surgeon. I feel absolutely amazing. Thank you Dr. Bahgeri💙

they have bad attitude and they have the worst customer service. They don’t respect their patient specially elderly who doesn’t understand. They don’t treat them fairly and they don’t do their job and they yell on the Patien without listening to them I’m talking about the girls working on front desk , the office should hire employee who cares about their patients
