What’s not to love? The new clinic location for the good Doctor has been a bonus. As usual, Dr.McNew takes all the time an encounter needs. Sometimes- I’m a five minute visit, but on those occasions where I have a lot of questions, needs or education, she hangs with me. Never rushes. Always thinking outside the box. Never judging, just making sure I got what I need. And if, for some reason, I need to follow back up with a question I forgot to ask- I use the line messaging system. Dr McNew and her staff are prompt to answer any concerns or questions.

Completely changed all my medications causing my blood sugars to stay in the low 200s for four months and told me I had chronic kidney disease, which it turns out that I didn’t, before she put me back on the original meds I came into her office on. She refused to renew my Iron even though I have been on it for over 2 years. I was asking for a refill and she said I didn’t need it and would not refill it. She told my daughter she had celiacs disease and she does not have celiacs disease per her GI specialist. I definitely do NOT recommend her unless you want all of your medications changed and then play hell getting them back from her. I had to go to a different doctor to get all of them straightened out. Very good bedside manner very poor care!!!

Dr. McNew and Mandy are both sweet and understanding. Their staff however will be their downfall. Not only have I heard the receptionist and a nurse making fun of a patient on the phone and discussing that patients information loudly for the entire waiting room to hear. But, it took 3 weeks for them to respond to my request for an MRI by denying that they can refer me out for that because of my insurance..... knowing that sooner would’ve been helpful!! I was then pushed into pain management, which took another 3 weeks to get information on who that doctor would be. Each time I called the women (usually Brandy, Ashley) answering were rude and short with me. I will NEVER step foot back in that toxic office to waste my time.

The staff at Dr. McNews clinic are friendly and down to earth. They are helpful and strive to assist each client to the best of their ability. That being said, even if they staff were terrible, Gina McNew embodies what a physician should be- she takes her time, listens and works with patients to assure that optimal health interventions are not only implemented, but actually practical as well. When my older doctor retired from practice, I was worried that I would not be able to find a "real" doctor......Dr. McNew proves me wrong each time I visit her office. Our community is fortunate to have her.

Doctor Mcnew is awesome, the staff however not so much. The receptionist is rude, lazy, and NEVER call back. When they do answer get ready for the attitude. My fiance's been going here for 3 years and they make him atleast 2 weeks late to get his prescription. This didnt start until a year and a half into going. (Its one that only works if you keep up with it 🙄). With covid going on we tried to understand but after a year and a half of this we just switched doctors after waiting almost an entire month now for his prescription. I dont reccomend this place at all. The one star is just for the fact that Dr. McNew is great. Zero stars for literally the rest of the staff.
