They always have my prescriptions in stock, and call me when they are ready for pickup. The also help me when I need to the insurance companies or my doctor's office to get prescriptions renewed or changed. Plus it's not a chain, and is a locally owned business, so I feel much better about supporting them as to Walgreens or CVS.

I had to wait yesterday for the pharmacist to get back from his lunch. He took way longer that he was supposed to. I was on foot and the weather was bad so i went home and suffered another night of coughing. So I went back this morning at 9am they were closed.

Friendly people. Always very low key in there, quick service. Thanks guys

I only came here because was close to my house was expecting the reviews to be legit! But they are so unprofessional! One guy kept opening the bottle of medicine and recounting them on the cap? And his vocabulary cursing? I don’t even think these people working in there have a license I understand “small family owned” I’m all in for that! But not the way they are working this place! Seems like they don’t even know much information on medications so they are given or to even answer questions about them!

I highly recommend Gill pharmacy. Not many pharmacies have the amazing customer service they provide. They are always willing to help and they are always on top of everything. I have been going there since the pharmacy opened here in Waterford and I can absolutely say that I have never had something to complain about. I just went in for my COVID vaccine and they are super well organized. They are very understanding and super welcoming.
