Pharrell G was very efficient and effective in helping me resolve my issue. I was unable to pay for a prescription on line due to the company having the spelling of my name wrong. He helped me by identifying that, correcting it, and staying with me till I made the necessary payment. (he has a great voice/accent by the way!) - Pete

Very convenient arrival via mail. Additional instruction from my gastroenterologist was not included in the package so I needed to contact Kelli N via chat. She answered all of my questions and provided me with a link to instructions from my Dr office. Excellent service!

I had a delivery go missing so I contacted gift health to track it down. I was connected to Pharrell G, who quickly found the tracking number and confirmed the tracking showed it had been delivered. I told Pharrell I have a locked package locker and it was not there, he agreed to replace and reship my package no questions asked. Pharrell was curious, quick and ultimately very helpful. I appreciate his patience and handling of my missing package and the quick resolution. —————- I’m retracting this review. Gift health never called me back the following week. I called them several days after when they were supposed to contact me. I got the royal runaround from whomever I was talking to on the second call. Gifthealth was great! Easy to understand and navigate. My customer service rep Kieran G. was prompt in her responses and helped me to complete my prescription order. She was absolutely wonderful. I was truly impressed with the chat service and professionalism. They were incredibly kind and attentive.

VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I chatted with Caleb. He was knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. I wish I could transfer him to my regular local pharmacy so I could deal with him exclusively on my prescriptions in the future. And while he was there Caleb could teach a few of them all three of those things. Anyway, Caleb addressed all my concerns and resolved them to my great satisfaction. And he answered all my questions.
