Walked in. No one said a word. Even if you're busy. Say be with you in a moment. Or someone will be with you shortly. I was browsing at counter while one employee was working behind it. Never acknowledge me. And on the opposite side another worker, who i walked by, she was talking to a customer, nothing. And she ended up helping me later on.

Last month was my 1st time using this pharmacy. I called to make sure they had the RX, yes they had it so I had my doc to send it to them because none of the pharmacy in Tuscaloosa had the medication. I called to make sure they had it, wasn’t until I got back from getting my car serviced at Hyundai in Bham when I got home, called again and it was ready. So I had to make another trip but it was worth it because no pharmacy had it here in Tuscaloosa at the time. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Everyone in there is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy going in there to get my prescriptions and to shop for items.

I love family pharmacy they seem to be better Job than your CVS pharmacy and Walmart pharmacy they take more time with you and also you get meet new people

Great place to get your medication. Staff always friendly and will let you use the restroom
