I want to see britney gibbons. On 12/09/2025 she told me I had a viral thing. And allergies And what I had was not contagious if I did not feel better in a couple of days to call her back. And put me on steroids for 5 days. A couple days later , I called back to britney's office and she put me on next regular mucinex. At no point , did she test me for the flu or covid. I Went through the weekend feeling really bad. Call her office on Monday morning.And they told me I couldn't get in to see her until Tuesday.She wasn't even in the office. Long story short , I went to a walk in clinic and found out I had covid. I have trusted this office for 2 years. But as of now , I will not be back.

I am incredibly grateful to have found this practice. From the moment I called to make my appointment to walking through the door, every single person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a healthcare environment where you feel so welcomed and respected. Brittany is truly exceptional. She has a calming presence, listens intently, and makes you feel completely comfortable and heard. She treats you with the utmost respect and takes the time to explain things thoroughly without ever making you feel rushed. It's evident that she truly cares about her patients—not just their health, but their overall well-being. I can’t recommend this practice enough. It's been nice to have an established healthcare provider who makes you feel comfortable and who actually care. Brittany Gibbens has helped me with several concerns, and Lauren has worked with me on their weight loss program...they are both amazing. The entire team there is so nice! I went to a doctor 3 years ago because I had gained weight gain and had some mental health concerns ... he told me "you're just obese and need to go on the Mediterranean diet." It took several years for me to get over that and finally make an appointment with Gibbens. So glad I did!

I have been using Gibbens for several years now as my general practitioner. They are easy to get an appointment with and there is never a wait! They are quick with prescription refills as well. 5 stars.

Dr. Brittany is a wonderful doctor! So patient, kind, and very professional! She’s very smart. She also listens to you when you are having personal issues so that she can get the whole picture. You can tell she’s really listening. She has a lower price for those without insurance so that it’s not so overwhelming to pay. The staff is also very sweet, always kind and smiling. One last note: The office is super clean and the waiting area is very warm and inviting. I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seen. It’s a great place! She’s a great doctor!
