Giant Pharmacy

I had a prescription sent to them electronically 1.5 hours before going there to get it. They haven't even started, said they just received it and it will be an hour. When I told them I can't wait long (which was true BTW) they reiterated that my doctor "just sent it". When I had a confirmation received 1.5 hrs ago. I very much resent people lying to me and not even trying to make things right

I told them their brand of one of my medications is the only brand that has never worked for me and that I did not want it again. They told me they would see what else they had. Not only was my prescription not ready on the day they said it would be, they said they would fill it right away to make up for it but after waiting 25 minutes I was late to be somewhere and had to come back that afternoon. When I returned they gave me the medication and when I got home again it was the medication I had told them did not work. I called back and they refused to help me or try to get any other type of medication which is common at any other pharmacy. I will be transferring back to anywhere but here. They also gave my girlfriend the wrong medication for months.

THIS PLACE IS GOING TO KILL SOMEONE. This pharmacy messed up the instructions of my parent's insulin, resulting in spoilage. The pharmacy manager promised to make it right and provide the missing amount, only to play dumb and walk it back when the time came. Now the prescribed insulin can't be found, at any price, and we have a diabetic without life-saving because Giant Pharmacy is crooked. We are looking at legal action now. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your health.

Absolutely terrible experience here. Will never go back. It looks like they are short-staffed, but the service was ridiculous. They had my prescription for about 10 hours, and it wasn't filled. Took them about 30 minutes to fill two of the three after I got there (Iwas new, so Itried to give them a pass on this one). The third prescription, they needed to order. They told me it would be in by 5pm the next day. It wasn't. At that point, they told me someone was supposed to call me to tell me I came in too late the day before to order the medication in time. Then, they told me they were actually able to get some anyway and had it on-hand, but my doctor's office messed up the prescription. Then, they told me they called my doctor's office earlier that day, but that they had not been able to

Absolutely awful. They are rude as can be, the older lady that works the counter once loudly announced in a condescending way the number of medications I had in front of a line of 30+ people. When they need prior authorization they don’t contact the doctor, they wait for you to come in to rerun it. They never call when scripts are ready or if they have problems. It is absolutely clear this pharmacy does not care about its patients
