Giant Pharmacy

Jim, Tiffany, Kyle and Sarah are the best & have been nothing more than totally amazing at their jobs! I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy here and their employees. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a place that will go the extra mile for you and answer every single question that you have - without a hesitation. They’re nothing short of fantastic, polite, and helpful... every time I have been here. An awesome team overall. Period.

When I called in my prescription I was told to pick it up later that day, only to find that not only did the pharmacists not have my prescription ready (or even at the location! They had to order it in to be ready the day after!) they had the details of my prescription entered wrong in their system, which is ridiculous considering that the correct details of my prescription are literally printed on the packaging for my medication. This is outrageous and I’m seriously considering switching pharmacies, if you have literally any other option then I strongly advise to get your prescription filled somewhere else.

KYLE is amazing! He is the reason my family gets our prescriptions from Giant Pharmacy. He is very courteous, professional, and goes above and beyond for the patient. I just wish all the employees were trained the same way.

As long as you have Kyle there no problem. He goes above and beyond to help, especially for the elderly. However, the ladies there are complete opposite; they seem to not know what they're doing and if they do anything it's the bare minimum. As far as customer service you'll be pushed to the side with those ladies. Best to wait for Kyle or Jim.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The woman who “helped” me today was extremely rude. Honestly don’t understand how this pharmacy is even functioning. Rather go to another pharmacy and pay more then deal with their staff. Woman’s name was “Selma” sad to see staff being so rude…
