GIANT Pharmacy

My spouses employer, a very large world wide medical company, requires a yearly flu shot that can be administered anywhere in the USA so she visited this location to get it done. The staff was unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help. She offered to fill out any paperwork they may need and has all her proper identification and medical badges. The pharmacist said she had a walk in appointment in 45 minutes so she wouldn’t have time to do it for a few hours… someone needs to shut down these “grocery store pharmacies”. I would hate to be a local and depend on this place for medications. We really enjoy shopping at Giant/Marcs when we are near one of Ahold Delhaize subsidiaries but we won’t attempt their pharmacy ever again.

Awful!! The staff have seriously bad attitudes!! The txt system is pathetic. They constantly screw around and you end up calling every month!! They don’t do refills!! Ridiculous!! I’m going back to cvs where you get rewarded for prescriptions and it’s an actual Pharmacy first!!

The pharmacy at this store needs improvement. The techs or pharmacists do not acknowledge your presents takes them forever to come to counter to wait on you , then they act like they are doing you a favor. Today I had a script call in at 9 30 am at 2 30 pm it still wasn't filled,the med was badly needed by the patient. Been going there for years with no issues, the past year there is a issue every time,by the way there was 3 people working behind the counter plus a long line of customers, time to change pharmacy

Slow and clueless most of the time. Switched to cvs

I switched from CVS because they are awful and rude. Giant is very helpful and very nice
