Giant Pharmacy

This pharmacy has amazing pharmacists and staff! They are so helpful and efficient! They offer to apply a discount card when a medication is not covered by insurance. My previous pharmacy never did this even when I showed them my GoodRx Gold card. They are always pleasant. When I call, I actually can speak to a live person quickly and even a pharmacist if needed. My previous local pharmacy was impossible to speak to anyone via phone. I get my vaccines here as well- flu, covid, shingles. Same day and short wait time. I would never go back to my previous local pharmacy. Thank you Pasadena Giant pharmacists, techs, and staff! You are the best!

Worst experience ever. This is a very busy pharmacy, but being treated like a lowlife just because I am on medicaid is wrong. I was trying to get enough of my prescriptions because I was leaving the country for an extended period of time. I got the run around, had to wait for 3 hours just to be told the prescriptions couldn't be filled. Then, without any notice, they transferred the prescriptions to another pharmacy. When I called to ask about what was going on, and asked what I could do, the person on the phone hung up on me

Amazing pharmacy staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and KIND! They go above and beyond. Several prescriptions they have suggested pro-tips like going online for coupons, making some insanely expensive items less than $5 or even free! Forget the Walgreens and forget the CVS in our area. Don't waste your time. Go to giant pharmacy. They're great here and will actually take care of you.

Let me share with you how incredibly awesome the pharmacist at this place is. Seriously, she's like a superstar, top-tier, and an absolute expert in her field. We've had our fair share of problems at other pharmacies, but once we started coming here, it was like a breath of fresh air.
