I understand the market has a high thift problem..but the employee should not treat people like they are criminals..i did not appreciate being followed through the store and watched as I was checking out...I have a crazy idea. If you think everyone is stealing, get rid of all self. Check outs. And hire more employees to ring people up at the registers...

The employees are efficient and courteous. Giant Pharmacy employees have superior communication policies. Customers are welcome to walk in and receive injections for appropriate disease preventions. Texts and phone reminders when prescriptions are ready. Doctors and clients definitely expect that medications are correctly processed and costs remain as low as possible.

Great employees like Anne Marie on cash register and James in produce keep me loyal to this Giant. The store is also clean and well maintained. Thanks!

This is the pharmacy in Levittown location. Can't say enough good things about them. Pharmacists & Techs are the nicest people. If I have a question, they are always nice about answering it and prescriptions are filled in a reasonable time frame, unlike my former pharmacy. I'm just sorry I waited so long to make the switch from the other one, who's name is just letters. 😉

NEVER tells doctor that prescriptions are out of stock (which they are 50%+ of the time). Instead, you get a text pushing your refill to "the next BUSINESS day after 5" - DAY AFTER DAY! UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS PRACTICE!!! Pushed my prescription day after day due to "out of stock". I'd still be waiting if I didn't take a proactive approach.
