I was requesting a prescription for my son, it's a class 2 prescription. I understand that it has to be called in from the DR. We called the pharmacy to do this and they told us they couldn't that we had to call the DR to do it ourselves. Then they spoke to me like I was an idiot when I asked them what changed. We have been filling his prescriptions like this for over 15 yrs. I understand the Dr has to write a new prescription each month, we call the pharmacy and they put in a request just like we always do. I don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm stupid and in the wrong. Especially when they say it was the incorrect way and it was them who have been doing this for all these years!!! Do better!!!!!

I would assume this is an ok pharmacy with how often I see people use it. But I haven’t had any luck. Each time I try to send a prescription here they are either closed, didn’t receive it, or their prescription receiver is down. Which I don’t even know how that happens. Isn’t it sent thru email? There should probably be a secondary plan for them to make sure this doesn’t happen, instead of someone who’s sick trying to figure it out. Just good luck to any one who uses this pharmacy.

I had to wait two days to get a prescription filled. When I handed in the script, they said 15 minutes. I waited 40 minutes stood in line for five minutes and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I came home and then they notified me it was ready. It’s 17 1/2 miles from my house 35 miles round-trip. I went back the next day and got it. I tried to make an appointment to have a vaccine given and their curt reply was do it online. I hate the store.
