Giant Pharmacy at Town & Country is by far the best pharmacy in the area. Pharmacists Steve and Edward always have time for questions and make the customers feel like they matter. The staff, especially Brenda, go out of their way to take care of customers needs in a polite and caring way. I would never consider going anywhere else.
Very Nice people that work there but this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with them shorting me 1 of my pills,when I called to tell them that the count was incorrect the lady was VERY rude & said I must have dropped it somewhere. I guess from now on I'm going to have to sit there & count every single pill in front of them.
OMG, could not find a place to review the store itself! That's why I'm here. Anyways, this store got remodeled and it looks awesome! The deli is different, the Grab n go is different, the aisle signs, etc. Staff is a no brainer, meaning you should know that their nice.
Staff is caring. Wait times have always been great for me. Use this pharmacy for all of our acute prescription needs.
Very helpful, professional. Bit of a language barrier but patient and courteous.
