Misty, Kim and Tracey are exceptional employees. They go above and beyond to keep customers happy. They are kind, professional and caring. Thank you all for helping me this evening. Giant pharmacy is lucky to have a team like these ladies representing for them.

I've began using Giant Pharmacy when I moved to Easton from Annapolis about 2 years ago. Shortly after moving, my Mom became terminally ill and she just recently passed away. Initially, I was filling my scripts in Easton and my Mom's at the Giant in Annapolis. One evening, Tracy, the Pharmacist, spent probably a full hour helping me to sort out my own insurance issues and also looking into ways to help save on my Mom's very costly scripts and she wasn't even filling hers at this location. She is always there, running the show and has always been helpful and pleasant. If you've ever used any other retail pharmacy in Easton, you know that they can't keep them staffed. COVID really put a damper on the industry in general but I wouldn't want to know what it was like working at any pharmacy

I have a lot of prescriptions at this Giant! Now that they have permanently locked the back doors for easy access to the pharmacy. I am not walking the whole store just to pick up a prescription. I suffer from chronic back pain, it is too much!! I will be moving them to a drive thru!

I switched to this pharmacy after running into multiple problems at CVS. The people at this pharmacy are very pleasant, always have my prescription in stock and never treat me any other way than kind. I've never had a negative experience, the pharmacist and staff are always very helpful and positive and I highly recommend them.
