Giant Pharmacy

I rarely review places let alone a grocery store! But I had too after my last visit. I visited Giant the day before Mother's Day to pick up some flowers. Needless to say the flower section was PACKED. Many people were standing in line to have their arrangements rewrapped. Andy Andrew (I hope thats his name) was working behind the counter. He was incredible!! Not only did he wrap 3 arrangements for us but he wasn't supposed to! His coworker walked up to him saying "I thought you were with produce". He was a guy who was wrapping dozens of bouquets that was supposed to be working in the produce section!! You wouldn't have guessed it. God bless him! PICTURED 1/3 bouquets.

These folks do a good job and are extremely helpful. All staff are great. The pharmacists are so helpful. Appreciate everybody so much

My family has been customers of the Colesville Giant pharmacy for 35+ years. Last night my wife suspected she caught the flu and had an online visit with a doctor, who prescribed Tamiflu. We had it called in to this Giant pharmacy. It opens at 8 AM. I arrived at 9:30 AM, only to be told it would be a 30 minute wait. When I opted to return, the front desk person said it would be ready in 2 hours. There was one front desk person and one pharmacist. I observed that the pharmacist was hard at work, so I don't fault the Giant pharmacy staff. However, I find the lack of staff unprofessional. It's the management's role to adequately staff the pharmacy and they failed to do so. I will start looking for another pharmacy.

Always a quick pharmacy pick up. Staff is kinda and honorable.

Horrible experience today. I took my two young kids, aged 4 and 6, in a Lyft to get flu shots at Giant Pharmacy. We arrived at 4:45 PM, just in time to get our vaccines before their posted closing time of 6 PM. Waited in line for a few minutes and then when I asked for three flu shots, the staff initially started preparing the forms but then stopped midway. She informed me they stop giving flu shots an hour before closing. I asked her to confirm their closing time, as I had checked online, and it clearly stated 6 PM. She agreed that closing time was indeed 6 PM but claimed some branches stop administering flu shots two hours before closing. I pointed out that it wasn’t even 5 PM yet, it was 4:53PM, but she still refused to help. It felt like she chose not to serve us for no valid reason,
