Giant Pharmacy

Everyone is always super polite + helpful, makes pharmacy experience a lot less stressful.

The staff at this pharmacy ALWAYS go above and beyond. Going to a pharmacy can be an extremely confusing and frustrating experience. It seems like there’s always something wrong with insurance or how your doctor sent something over. The pharmacists and techs here take all of that worry away because they really care about solving our problems. I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their effort and care towards their customers!!!

At first I had really good experiences here and the staff was friendly. However, there is a new guy there who happens to be working everytime I come in. He is slow, talks way too quietly, and mumbles. He is not nice. It is important to enunciate and speak a little louder especially because masks and check out dividers makes it harder to hear. It's like he doesn't care at all and puts in zero effort to even be a little friendly. I miss the older lady who wears glasses, she was SOOO sweet! I'm not sure if she left or if she just works different hours, but I really miss her proper customer service and kind demeanor. This new guy is very unpleasant to deal with and makes me want to switch pharmacies.

This pharmacy is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Fast, efficient and the staff goes out of their way to help and develop a relationship with customers. Unlike CVS which is like getting rx filled in a third world country.

Our doctor submitted my daughter prescription at 8am I came at 1pm to pick it up it was not ready. I then waiting 1 hour with my sick daughter who has the flu. Went up to check and it looks like the pharmacist just started working on it. I will definitely not use this pharmacy again
