They are so friendly and so helpful! Especially when dealing with different insurance. I am so grateful that I have switched to them.

I called the pharmacy to inquire about travel vaccines. They offer them at this location with travel consultation at $34.99 which is the cheapest in this area after shopping around. The pharmacist Penny was super helpful and always answered the phone when I had questions. My husband and I came in today and she was able to check our insurance for what was covered and administered the vaccines we needed. I have a phobia for needles, Penny provided me a comfort squishy and she really is the best at vaccines in Harford County. It was a great experience and I highly recommend. If you are looking to get yellow fever or any travel vaccines in the area, this is your place to go. Thanks again Penny.

Prescriptions are always filled timely and accurately. I have been using this pharmacy since it opened and prior to that I used the one at the Tollgate Town Center. Staff are courteous and willing to assist any way they can.

This place has really gone downhill since Coronavirus started. They are constantly out of my medication and I have to wait days sometimes to get it after I call it in. A few weeks ago I was going away for the weekend and needed to refill my prescriptions before I left. I called the prescription in and the recorded message said it would be ready by 1pm the same day. I went to pick it up and the technician told me they were out of it and I would have to come back the next day. I was understandably very upset because I was going out of town and would not be able to get it the next day. What's more, I was never even notified that they were out of my prescription until I went in to get it. No phone call, nothing. And I was told I would be able to pick it up at 1 pm.
