Giant Pharmacy

I have been going to this Giant for 4 years and I have made Great Friends there. I don’t like how everyone I made friends with amongst the years they have either been fired or transferred. Kieth is one of My dearest friends love his customer service and his willingness to Help everyone! I went to the Store yesterday and was made aware he No Longer works there. That will change the energy of that store. He had the Biggest personality. He will truly be missed. I can’t see why he would be let go!!! Bring Keith back Make an exception Nobody should be losing there job for a minor disagreements. There should be better policy’s set in place for anyone working for Giants.

Very unprofessional staff. This is the third time my doctor has sent a prescription to this pharmacy, and every time I show up hours later, they can’t locate it right away. After unnecessary delays and questions, they finally find it. Today was even worse — I waited over an hour in the store, even though my doctor had sent the prescription two hours earlier. In the end, they charged the full cost to my Visa card instead of billing my insurance. This place wastes your time and money. Avoid this pharmacy

Depending on who's working you may receive great service or you may see them get angry and just announce that they're going on break, and they do. They filled my script but refused to help others on line, yelled at one man who didn't speak English well (I translated for him) hung up on me in the past. They complained that they were at work when they shouldnt have been, and that others at their job hadn't shown up so they were short staffed. We all have issues at work, the customers, especially when waiting to get the medication they need to live don't care about the personal problems of CVS pharmacy employees. We don't need to have our prescription medications yelled out though the store either, but your staff did that as well. They speak about other customers behind their backs as wel

Just don't go here. If you do, don't just go expecting anything to be filled. And if you call before going there, multiply the time they tell you by at least 2. If you ask why something is late, guaranteed you'll get a snippy response back about being short staffed (remember, you're at fault for their bad day). An undercover boss would toss themselves in Glebe Rd traffic if they got an eyeful/earful of this circus. Maybe they're not allowed to park in the Pick up spaces out front like everyone else.

They're always helpful and quick. Good with vaccines and when out of a script they helped me get it at another pharmacy.
