GIANT Pharmacy

I used to go there but I left as they don't have the pharmacists that know me working. Mostly it's from other stores and are very unpleasant. I only like Amy and Flo but when they don't work they have the rudest pharmacists. I was also overpriced for some of my meds and told me they couldn't accept my coupons for my tier 3 meds as they were from good rx and they were from the manufacturer. I stopped also going as there was alot non speaking American English and shorten me twice on my anixety meds.

As a physician, I will never use this pharmacy again when I prescribe medication‘s for patients I do so based on labs and clinical experiences and the pharmacist go behind your back call the patient. Tell them that you don’t know what you’re doing is a horrible way to do medicine it undermines the trust in the doctor patient relationship, and these people are so narcissistic to think that they know better than the doctor who’s actually taking care of the patient. These pharmacist should be put in check and they should be monitored by the company because they are undermining patient care and they are driving prescriptions away from their pharmacy.

I sent two prescriptions to this pharmacy & was told they would be ready in an hour. Then I get a call back from a woman named Lori who was obnoxious & said they couldn’t fill either of my medications because I’ve never had them filled there & they have other customers that need the same medication. So since I’ve never been to your pharmacy you won’t fill my prescriptions? You would think you would want a new customer. She was so rude & questioned where I normally have my scripts filled & said why don’t you call them & yell at them? First of all, I never yelled at her. I didn’t know getting medications was done by who you know & there’s no way this is the way pharmacies or pharmacists should be conducting business. I’ve never had a worse experience anywhere.

I was stunned after visiting this location in Aldan recently and observing that no changes had been made in the self service bakery section. I observed a customer touch his cart handle, then wipe his brow, and then use that same hand to select two donuts for purchase with no tissue or tong being used. In the age of this current pandemic this is reckless and dangerous. Almost all reputable stores have totally disbanded self service food kiosks. I will not be back.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! RUDE!! IGNORANT! SLOW! JUDGMENTAL!! Avoid if possible. I ask if a prescription is covered under my plan. They answer “I don’t know “. WOW!!!
