Save yourself the headache if it's anything that's once a month or that can be seen as "different" because you'll wait atleast a week for it to "come in on the truck" is what I was always told. It eventually got to the point I swapped to another pharmacy where my meds are actually in stock and I don't have to wait or deal with the BS. We're actually even considering swapping my daughters meds to another pharmacy because these people don't even realize or call when the Dr doesn't put on the script that generics can be used. And keep just telling us "it's not ready yet" then when you go in a few days later and ask they explain that the Dr has to order it with generics because of the insurance. If they would just call the Dr it could be resolved that day because they will send over a new orde

The best pharmacy around. They work so hard, and do try to keep up. I know they were inundated with Rite Aid transfers recently, and it was extremely stressful on the team. The employees are always nice, and happy to help you.

Not a good pharmacy at all. I signed up for text alerts, but I don't get them. When I need refills, they are always out. They say they'll be in next day and they can give me a few. I miss Rite-Aid!

This pharmacy is consistently terrible. Terrible customer service. They don't care about customers whatsoever. It's a shame there are so few pharmacies in this area. I moved out here a few years ago and it was pretty much the only option that had decent hours of operation. I've never had so many issues with a pharmacy in my life. They're almost impossible to get through to half the time. Then they say it's staffing issues, but it's not a new problem. I'm either going to switch back to my old pharmacy a half hour away or deal with the crap hours at Kling's.

Terrible service. Called in a couple refills early in the morning, stopped in at 1pm and they're still not ready. A guy told me they would be ready in a hour. I go back 2.5 hours later and theyre still not filled. They have no consideration for wasting my time twice in one day. The staff acts like it's super difficult to count 30 pills out and put them in a bottle. Will be switching pharmacies now.
