Best pharmacy in Pennsylvania. Great Staff and pharmacists. They are serious and never make fun of their customer base.

Terrible pharmacy!!! They never have the meds in stock, not smart enough to put a script on file when they are sent over with different fill dates on them, and the employees are rude. Only gave one star so I could post the review

Been trying to get ahold of this pharmacy for 3 days multiple times a day and keep getting hung up on, my insurance company tried to get ahold of them and also the same thing corny music that sounds like it should be in a funeral home then hung up on multiple times during their normal business hours

So far so good! First time Giant Eagle Pharmacy user and so far things have gone smoothly. Transfer of prescriptions from cvs was handled by the pharmacy staff without issue and they handled all other necessary paperwork for my prescription to go through my new insurance as painlessly as possible.

Do not under any circumstances use this pharmacy. You can't get through when you call, when you finally do get through, they will tell you the script is ready only for you to go up and be told its out of stock and then get excuse after excuse from the pharmacist on why a tech would lie. No care that they could be endangering lives by saying a script is available and then it not be when you get there. They are extremely understaff it seems and they just give excuse after excuse, they have no real care for a patients actual health when they blatantly lie on the phone.
