Giant Eagle Pharmacy

The pharmacy techs who work here are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I have a medication that has to be filled at giant eagle specialty pharmacy to be covered by insurance and every time it has been a hassle to order. They've told me they can't process my prescription because it's an injection. Called insurance and they confirmed it has to be this location. Called the location and, Oh! Now they can order it, it will just take a week to arrive. Next time I order it was 2 day delivery. They have messed up processing and canceled claims causing me to have to call insurance multiple times. I've reached my cap on insurance coverage for this drug so I will be going somewhere else after this delivery.

This is not a Giant Eagle Pharmacy but a Office building Pharmacy. It is not open to the public. However, scripts can be filled from this location and sent to a Giant Eagle Pharmacy within your local area.

Dont be more the 10 mins early the gard cuts your seal sings your paper work (do not go to the building to check in ) would have been nice if the gard told us any of this but now we know so passing it on fast unload no over night parking good luck 2th gard was so much more helpful then mr gold fish in a bowl with no info

Worst place to get Rx's filled never ready in time and most of the time they don't have it or only have a,weeks supply I hate this pharmacy
