Everyone is always nice! I've seen a couple times that someone isnt in the best of mood for whatever reason. Even then they came over and were nice when assisting me. It's times like these that you just say that you hope they have a good rest of the day and they smile. It's the little things that brighten someone's mood even if just for a moment.
Definitely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Seems like everyone here hates their job. They're always rude, and very unprofessional. If you use Giant Eagle for prescriptions, have it sent to Geneva!
Good Giant Eagle Pharmacy just like the one I used to use in Willoughby. Helpful polite and Friendly Pharmacy.
I don't understand why if I have a scrip with refills I have to call to request for my refills to be filled??? Again missing a day of my meds because someone can't just refill a prescription that already has 3 refills to it...sad
My prescription got called in at 4 went at 7 and the lady shannon h was very rude and said they were just called in. Way to lie to my face and be rude about it. 3 hours and they cant have 7 pills put in a bottle 1 in another and a prefilled bottle ready in 3 hours what is wrong with people🙄🙄
