I recently switched health insurance and contacted this pharmacy to coordinate my Sublocade injection. I was told they do not accept my insurance, and that was the end of the conversation. As a result, I went without my medically necessary injection for THREE WEEKS. I have since learned that while they may not accept my primary insurance, my Sublocade injection is covered through my SmithRx pharmacy savings program, something that was never checked or even mentioned during my initial call. Instead of taking the time to review available pharmacy benefit programs for a specialty medication, I was simply told “we don’t accept your insurance” and left without treatment. I am so happy this is the last time I will ever have to use this pharmacy again. Apparently they don’t think delivering my medication on time is important. Especially while they are already taking the trip to deliver meds to my address. I am unable to pick up my meds on my own as I am in a halfway house. This has happened to me multiple times because of them, and went days without extremely important medication. To where I ended up in the hospital. Their incompetence shouldn’t be my problem.

While the ladies up front are nice. The actual pharmacist like Patel, and then the guy who replaced Milesh, are rude. The owner and pharmacist Patel actually questioned if my Mom she was selling her medication. That was the last straw for my family. And I live right next door. Instead I use G&G in East Orange, great people.

This pharmacy is truly the saddest display of healthcare I’ve ever seen in my 29 years. Do yourself a favor and do NOT come here for Covid testing they can care less about you or you getting your results! I implore you to go elsewhere! I have never felt so low or disrespected by anyone in a field where your job is to help people. They do not care about their patients If you wish to feel less than or disrespected then by all means bring your business here. Their negligence is why Covid will be here to stay.
