"I was surprised how clean the office was and how quick I was seen. This was my first time and it was a pleasant one. Also "Amazing, caring staff, manager and provider! 10/10 service, I felt so relaxed and trustworthy, The nurse and doctor were both professional and friendly. Testing was easy... Ultrasound tech was amazing as I wasn't feeling well but they helped me to feel better and get through the test.Overall 5 Stars staff was very pleasant Thank you Belinda PA, Karina MA, Mireya MA and Iris FD

Front desk was very nice. I was being treated for my low iron, they almost treated me for my old result in 2024 till daughter figured this mistake and my recent blood work was 2026. I was left alone in the room and no one checked on me during my treatment and I was just old “ 15 min and I will check on you “. Overall I think there can be some improvement with actually taking care of the patient. I was told different price for my treatment 3 different times. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience at GI Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. They provided me appropriate forms. Blenda was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They were thorough in their examination and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I would highly recommend GI Urgent Care, Blenda and her team to anyone looking for a caring and professional medical experience.

The front desk personnel Elizabeth was super helpful and polite. The IV nurse Mireya was amazing and caring. The PA Belinda was caring, listened to what I had to say without Interuption and answered all my questions. Belinda immediately diagnosed my issue, treated me and the pain I felt was relieved for the first time in months. The clinic was amazingly clean and well maintained. I was extremely impressed with the clinic, the care and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Thank you for taking such great care of me. I've been feeling sick on and off for about a month now. I haven't been able to keep any food down. Booked appointment and the facility exceeded my expectations. From the front desk to physician herself. The experience was top notch by far second best medical experience I ever had in a FL facility. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!! I was able to get blood work,CT etc done in the same location. Kudos to the team 👏 This is how Healthcare should be!!!
