I have been to both MGH Boston and MGH West. MGH Boston is has two distinctive advantages. They mix the infusion before you show up saving you about an hour. The second one is much more important. MGH West does not allow you to call the on the phone to make an appointment or change an appointment. They always say the same thing the scheduler is not available and will call you back. That’s totally fine except she doesn’t call you back. Of 10 days I put in calls she called me back one on 2 days. Unfortunately I missed the calls. As a result my infusion lapsed which is not good. Aside from a super easy scheduling glitch to fix MGH west is awesome. Plus they have free parking which is also nice. I really hope they fix this because Boston is hard to get in and out of
The staff is always kind and attentive. Makes routine infusions a lot more bearable!
Amazing nurses and front desk staff -- so compassionate, and incredibly efficient.
