Get Well Urgent Care Of Shelby

This was our first time using Get Well Urgent Care of Shelby Twp. Their office was open when others were closed. The staff and doctor on duty were friendly and professional. Even with an exray and medical procedure, we were in and out without unnecessary delays. Quite fast really. My son and I are very happy with our experience we had there and I added their office to my contact list for when we need their help again. Thank you again!! Frank and Caden Penzin

I recently visited this urgent care, after injuring my hand and knee during a ski fall. First it only took minutes until they saw me. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. The best part was that the pa let me know, I had a break in my hand, she called to check on me later and also let me know, that the radiologist missed it. The films said negative for a break. If she would not have checked it herself, I could have been walking around with a broken bone for a long time, not healing properly. This is my dominant hand. I cant thank you enough for your care! Took my daughter today another urgent care where they said it was going to be 30 minutes, with 1 person ahead of us. They didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. My daughter was having breathing Difficulties. We left and I took her here. They took her back Before I even filled out the paperwork. She was diagnosed in 20, with an X-ray after a breathing treatment and a steroid shot that she has pneumonia. This is an urgent Care. They take you by the urgency and not “hey I’ll get to you when I can”, when it’s a breathing issue. 100% would recommend this Urgent Care. Excellent care all around there. Doc was very thorough too.

I absolutely love the care that Dr James Gentile provides to me and all of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. The staff is very polite and welcoming as well.

Dr. Gentile was the best! He was so cordial and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his empathetic and friendly demeanor from the get go. I left very confident and thankful for the treatment I received.
