I don’t like to be rude but this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Waited 2 hours to first go to the junior doctor. He left mid conversation without any communication. When I asked the front desk about the holdup, they pretended like I was in the wrong to think why the doctor left for lunch break before the end of the day. I absolutely understand everyone deserve a break but the front desk was extremely vague about the whole situation. I’ve had wonderful experience with Dr. Shamim but there need to be bare minimum of professionalism in the staff. There’s always side chatters, the guys at the Medicaid booth just taking personal calls all the time. It was horrible

All 3 of my children and my friend’s children are seen by Dr. Arumugam. His service has been great for the past almost 18 years. When asking for a pediatrician recommendation when looking for one for my oldest (17 now) every single nurse at the hospital recommended Dr. A. Im grateful to him and his staff for their wonderful service. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the children.

This ridiculous practice is making me climb mountains for an ASTHMA PUMP for a CHILD. It’s a bunch of ‘the doctor will send it’ or ‘the doctor already left for the day’. When I show up tomorrow irate, no one should ask surprised.

I have never seen this horrible clinic in my life.
