Get Well Express Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinic

I came to Get Well Urgent Care for COVID-19 testing. Karina at the front desk was very helpful and efficient with myself and the other patients. Once inside, the Covid-19 rapid test took just 15 minutes for results. It was a quick visit and I’m very satisfied with the service. Note: Google Maps states the clinic opens at 8am, but the hours in the front door of the clinic state opening time is at 9am. The doors opened promptly at 9am.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, while already sick and trying to manage childcare to get seen somewhere fast I look up the hours of the office. Which needs to be updated as online and the time on the doors do not match, all “Karen” stuff aside I tried to call and got the voicemail and the doors were locked at ten in the morning after reading one place they open at 8 and another says open at 9.

I used there telahealth service and i couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Very fast appointment physician assistant did video appointment and even helped us to get the medication at the cheapest place using good rx. Highly recommend

This is the one place I always come to for my covid rapid antigen test. I travel a lot and need a test every few weeks. They are quick, efficient and extremely friendly. $69 with insurance and $79 without insurance. Results literally within 15min!

This is a first. Made an appointment Friday 4/13/18. Got a call back they needed to reschedule for today. The receptionist who took my info had no clue what Medicare was. Whoever call me to cancel today's appt. Told me "the Dr. was still sick. He would be in the bathroom most of the day if he came in today. We need to cancel. Thank you and hung up"! Didn't even try to give me a new date. Can someone please explain what kind of practice this place is!?!?!?
