I was overcharged for co-pays. Their third party billing services admitted the overcharged and said a request for refund was sent to the office. Weeks later, I called their billing services again, they said all they can do is send request. I called the office about the refund, no one is taking calls, office manager Elizabeth is not returning calls like she stated in her recordings. Dr. Jaya is a good doctor and thats the only good thing I can said about that.

I would not recommend this office. While the physician was excellent, the front office consistently failed to respond. Phone calls were rarely answered, and messages sent through the patient portal went without reply. I had a prior authorization request that remained unresolved for an entire month, and when I called to check the status of my medication, I was discharged by the head nurse under the doctor’s orders—despite the delay being due to the PA not being submitted. Additionally, billing was frequently inaccurate. Overall, the clinical care was good, but the administrative and communication issues were extremely disappointing.

The ENTIRE STAFF are very professional, caring, and attentive. This was my kids first visit after their pediatrician since birth closed down and I am so glad I found this office. We are NEVER leaving!!!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The gun jammed and the second piercing was way off the pre marked dot. The staff member was apologetic and the office manager offered to refund $20 dollars off the service. My card was run a second time to reflect the $20 credit, and the original charge was refunded. I was told to come back 2 weeks from the date to re-pierce the ear. I got home to complete the aftercare and realized she gave me alcohol pads. I called the office and left a voicemail regarding not receiving the aftercare swabs advertised on the website. No call was returned. I purchased the aftercare swabs recommended by the Blomdahl(the piercing equipment brand used) for $9.99. I arrived at my 0800 appointment this morning only to be told they did not have any jewelry in the offic

I just want to say I came to this doctor’s office hoping that it would be better all the way around. I mean I love the PCP Mrs. Robbin’s. She listen and very attentive. But one particular young lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She asked me personal questions out loud when all you have to do is ask have anything changed when they are not new patients. That is HIPPA, I watched another patient walk in and she asked him exactly what she supposed to asked him. Which is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I also took my son for a follow up from him having the flu and due to him having the flu I was out of work for a week and my job faxed over some paperwork, I stated I needed the paperwork faxed back by the 25 of this month.
