Best dental experience I’ve ever had. From making my appointment with Karen a few months ago to the dental hygienist Denise. Every single person I encountered today cared. Denise took her time and explained everything she was doing Dr Cerdan came in and took his time to explain what I needed done. Dr. DiSimone was there too and stopped by to say hello. 10/10 highly recommend!

I called in and spoke with Karen at the front desk, she listened to my needs and was extremely nice as she set me up with an appointment to have a tooth checked that had been causing me pain and had gotten infected. When I arrived Karen was just as pleasant in person. She got me all signed in and I went back feeling good about my choice to come here. From there the assistant Sam took over and she done the X-rays. Then the doctor, Farrah Habib came in and told me I would have to have it removed. They worked on me with care and I never experienced pain. Not even with the shot. I would highly recommend coming here if you wanted to be treated with care. Thank you all for being excellent at what you do.

Excellent service from the time you walk in until the time you leave. They explain the service being performed and what to expect throughout treatment. They are willing to work with you on appointment times and can adjust to any schedule. Lastly, not enough great things can be said about Karen at the front desk! She not only helped me in my transition from another dental office but also assisted in scheduling an appointment for follow up treatment.

Had a Crown by Dr Cerdan today. He did a great job this is the 2nd one and each time it was a pleasurable experience. There whole staff from check in to walking out the door are Great . I highly recommend WH Cosmetic Dentistry and their staff for any dentistry needs. RB

My experience today at Winter Haven Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was excellent. I've been a patient for many years and have the utmost respect, admiration, and trust for Dr. Cerdan and his entire staff. Christy is knowledgeable, experienced, and competent with exceptional people skills. Kristin, my RDH is the consummate professional. She is patient, kind, caring, and extremely qualified in her job. Dr.Cerdan is a highly skilled with outstanding knowledge of the many facets of dentistry. I would highly recommend this dentistry to my family, friends, and associates. They are honest, trustworthy, and professional.
