This person should have chosen a profession where he does not have to talk to people. He is rude, and has an attitude. I took my 86-year-old father to an appointment with Dr. Chico today. My mother had made the appointment the day before, after confirming with the insurance company that he did not need a referral from his primary doctor. The office confirmed the appointment for today.
