The ladies at the front desk were personable and friendly. I came at 830am that morning only to find out Dr. Carmen would not be in until 3pm. When I arrived back they greeted me with smiles and said Welcome Back! I could not believe they remembered me and my name. They provided excellent customer service. I love Dr. Carmen. He is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I have been a patient of his for years.

I was very pleased with my experience. The front office people were very nice. The nurse practitioner and her aid was very professional and pleasant. They all were very nice and the environment was very nice and clean. They were very timely. There was parking space. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff and Dr. Carmen were very attentive to my needs as a patient. Dr. Carmen was extremely personable, which helped me to be comfortable during our conversation. However, I had to wait an hour before I was seen by Dr. Carmen; I arrived at 3:30pm, as my appointment was at 3:40pm. I was taken to a patient room at 4:00pm and my physician entered the patient room at 4:45pm. We must reduce the patient wait time.

Staff was very helpful and super nice. I was 25 mins pass my appt time and they still saw me because they saw I was in pain. Very fast. The whole visit took about 30 mins, waiting room included. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don’t have to return but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here. Thank u for everything

I've been a long term patient of Dr. Darrell Carmen. He always educate his patients about their treatments. He's professional, kind, and polite. He gives patient-care with a smile and understanding. Words can not express how much I appreciate all that he does for me and others on a daily. He's truly taking great care of my health!
