This place is awesome for it just being a college health clinic. I went and I didn't know what was wrong with me, they figured it out within the day and got me on antibiotics that had me feeling better the literal next day. The staff are also super nice.

I was told that they no longer have vaccines for COVID-19 starting Fall 2024 semester. Health Services lost my trust after a concerning experience with their “psychiatrist” who places her opinion above sound treatment practices. This is apparent after hearing from many other patients. I advise my fellow classmates to use Walgreens and clinicians in town wherever possible. Do not see Dr. Gauss if she still works there

everytime I go here they see me very quickly. they are always super nice and have never caused me any issues.

My experience at the Women’s Health Clinic was not one I will ever put myself through again. The nurse that was assigned to me was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable sharing my symptoms as I was very nervous. The doctor was nice and helpful but I could hear them all talking about me through the door about what they each thought could be wrong with me. Very unprofessional experience I felt terrible after leaving and will not go back.

My experience has been the worst. As a new student, I have no previous experience with Georgia Southern, so the receptionist should at the very least inform patients that forms must be completed before appointments. This morning I had to walk 20 minutes because I do not have a car which is (totally fine), but when I made my appointment they could've said something about the forms I had to fill out. They have no sympathy nor do they consider other people's time. And that is not even the icing on the cake I had to reschedule my appointment three times because they gave me wrong information. PLEASE FIX THANKS.
