I wrote to this practice asking for help with a botched surgery from another surgeon. They wrote me back saying that they could help me. Then when I called, they put me on hold for quite a while and then came back saying that they do not deal in jaw implants and so could not help me in my dire situation. My situation is that I have a gaping hole in the side of my mouth with the implant sticking through. In my message, I clearly laid out the problem and a staff member called saying that could help me.
