First time at G.O. in Jackson. Dr Pace was my doctor and I thought he was excellent. He is also blessed with a great demeanor. First time experience was a great one. Also, kudos to Shawna, his assistant. Great staff at the front desk too. I'm now a "regular" !

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:40, my confirmation says 9:40 and when I called to make the appointment I was given a time of 9:40, I show up on time but was told their system says my appointment was at 8:40. They were unable to work me in so they said I would have to reschedule. I was told I was being charged a $25 no show fee before I could reschedule (when all the glitch was in their system) when I refused to pay I was refused to be rescheduled. I will NOT be back here. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude. I was warned by multiple people of this, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I was pleased with GO Jackson location on my visit. Everything went as scheduled and Dr. Pace was very thorough with the exam. I wanted to also mention Riley. She did a great job and was very personable. Thank you for a very positive experience.

What a wonderful experience I had today at Georgia Ophthalmologists, in Jackson Georgia. I was welcomed by a friendly smile from the receptionist. I waited in the impeccably clean lobby, prior to my appointment. Everyone was super friendly. I saw Dr. Pace today. He answered all of my questions with a smile. It was like talking to an old friend. I like that. I highly recommend this office for all of your local eye-care needs.
