My wife suffers from a very painful neck condition. We had gone to another pain center, and were completely dissatisfied with both the treatment and the approach to patients by that doctor. Fortunately, we were referred to Dr. Ben Smisson by a neurosurgeon. This morning we had her initial appointment and were extremely satisfied with the attention received. Dr. Smisson sat with us for 30-40 minutes listening to my wife and explaining diagnostic and treatment options. We left the consult encouraged and hopeful that Dr.Smisson would do everything possible to provide a solution to my wife’s debilitating pain. We are very grateful to be in his care.

Amazing staff!!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean, they provide snacks while you’re waiting and you even have different options of coffee to choose from :)!!!!! I would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Harper, Dr. Taylor, Heidi, Anastasia, Matt( PT) and Deisha… YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I’m always greeted with a smile when I see one of y’all!!!! You guys really show compassion for the patients you deal with. I give the office and staff and big 10/10 and would definitely recommend you guys to anyone…. Matt thank you for being understanding during PT and pushing me to get better.. No matter how much pain I’m In I always leave the office with a smile on my face from laughing with the staff… Thank you!!!

The therapists are amazing! Front desk staff is helpful and accountable! They know I’m a single mom so when I’m sedated they prepare an area for my sun! The child therapist Dr B is the best hands down! And their staff is versatile! As a biracial woman representation matters in a dr office and they don’t miss a beat! The office (theirs) next door keeps all the right snacks and they keep theirs in the back but they have everything u need! On top of being knowledgeable and informative I would utilize this office after any accident and refer others too! I hate how we met but I love that God sent us there
