I receive an incredible and timely service Front desk, lead by Ms Puli, and from the entire Team of Dr Patel. Am so thankful for treatment through you, Georgia Family Care on Sugarloaf Pkwy.

Don't waste your time find another doctor's office. I was here for blood work results only. 2 hours waiting for a doctor when you have an appointment is unacceptable. My appt was at 8:30am, I arrive at 8:25am. Went for vitals at 8:50am Then waited in the waiting area because all the room's were occupied. At 9:04am they put me in a room, At 10am I told the nurse I needed to leave soon because I have another appt. Nurse seem like she didn’t care. When the doctor came to the room at 10:16am, she didn’t have my labs printed. Then she ask the nurse are the labs printed, the nurse said idk and stay in her seat, instead of telling the doctor dont worry I got it. I ended up leaving at 10:30am. The nurse in the front is rude and is always in her phone. Please whoever is the manager there needs to

Rude no one speaks good English everyone seems to be non American. Make it hard to communicate your needs and concern. Initially anyway I think that everyone who I speak to on the phone and come in to contract with when first arriving don’t understand me. It’s extremely frustrating

I came in to be seen after a car accident was told I had to pay upfront due to not being able to use insurance for auto. When I got to the back the doctor came in and told me bedside it was an auto accident she could not see me and I should have went to the ER. It wasn’t an emergency wanted to check on the pain that I started experiencing. Why take my money then tell me they can’t do anything.

I have been here before, and it was no problem besides the doctor constantly trying to find my vein to draw my blood a few times until she finally found it. This is my second time, and I had been there waiting two hours for the doctor to come check me out, keep in mind that’s just to get the check-up done and for them to talk to me. Besides those two incidents, it is a pretty clean space.
